Volunteer Legal Services Program

Community Legal Aid's Volunteer Legal Services Program (VLSP) is dedicated to supporting the Pro Bono efforts of local attorneys. Attorneys who volunteer through our program make a profound difference in the lives of community members who might not otherwise have access to the legal services they need.

We, in turn, hope to make a difference in the lives of the attorneys who serve! We do this by:

  • supporting professional development through free CLE classes, mentoring, and service opportunities.
  • offering programs that meet the interests and availability of volunteers.
  • providing opportunities to network with other legal professionals.

Visit our programs page to learn more about the various ways to get involved!

Community Partners

We realize that many times our clients would benefit from multiple types of services that may intertwine with their current legal need. That is why we are committed to working with community partners and their staff to stabilize families, promote economic and housing security, and provide access to justice.

These partnerships not only serve to benefit sole individuals and families, but can help us identify systemic issues and create collaborative efforts to resolve them. We invite you to learn more about how Community Legal Aid Services may be able to help your clients.

We would also like to learn more about the work you do in our respective communities. Additionally, we seek to provide community partners' staff with resources that can benefit them and the clients they serve.
